Why not use them for the border. Looks like you have enough to go around. I'm not sure of the size of your 1/4 bulls eye but it doesn't look too big and then only add one border. Pieced borders really add appeal. Then if anything is left over make pillows. A throw and pillows would be enough for one room--adding a wall hanging might be a bit overwhelming. Look forward to seeing what you end up with the red/blue log cabin blocks.
